Services
Pain therapy and spine treatment are aimed at patients with back, neck, joint or radiating pain. The goal is realistic symptom relief and improved mobility based on the individual situation.
Scope of services
Common reasons include disc problems, nerve irritation, inflammatory changes, osteoarthritis-related joint pain, muscle tension and pain caused by poor posture or chronic overload.
Before each treatment, symptoms, previous findings, imaging and risks are reviewed carefully. For spine injections, the target area is checked using digital fluoroscopy.
Options include electrotherapy, targeted injections with local anesthetics or anti-inflammatory medication, and accompanying recommendations for movement and physiotherapy. Surgery should be avoided or better timed whenever medically appropriate.
The skin is locally anesthetized before injections; treatment is outpatient and performed under sterile conditions. Afterwards, rest for 24 to 48 hours, gentle movement and follow-up checks are recommended individually.
